Donegal has gone all out welcoming Star Wars to Malin Head
IT’S ALL KICKING OFF in Malin Head as the cast and crew of Star Wars Episode VIII roll into town for filming.
Earlier in the week, something that looks a LOT like the Millennium Falcon was spotted being built on a cliff, and the buzz has since reached fever pitch.
Locals are doing all they can to show their appreciation for the filmmakers – here’s just a taste of what’s happening.

Filming is rumoured to be taking place across the weekend, and parts of Ireland have been temporarily declared no-fly zones to facilitate shooting. The excitement!
